The Yarn Garden

Spring Greetings!

Maybe a bit early, but I like to think ahead!!  Hope you have enjoyed your
winter knitting, staying warm in front of the fire with your loved ones and
your projects!  Maybe they are the same thing--

Some news here--After much consideration, I have decided to close the shop on
April 5--NOT BECAUSE OF THE CUSTOMERS!! I have enjoyed meeting all of you--your enthusiasm, creativity, and friendship is a memory I will treasure.  But goals
change--

And we we are most excited to introduce YARN GARDEN TO GO, which is an in-home party format, much like the home parties we enjoy already in other venues.   We will bring yarn and pattern samples (and an instructor, as desired), to your home or knitting group. Wouldn't it be fun to see a new project, new yarn, and have an opportunity to order exactly what you want from your home with your friends??-- Its never been done before!! More details will come as we finalize
how best to make things happen. And please do share your ideas with us!

Our FINAL BLOWOUT SALE at our retail location will start on Tuesday, April 1st,
with our regular hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, ending Saturday April 5th,
when we will close at 5 p.m.

I also plan to have Yarn Garden overstock sales from from another location, BY
INVITATION ONLY-- 4 times a year, with price reductions ongoing, as well as the
opportunity to order yarn and have it shipped to your home-- getting exactly
what you want!! The first sale will be Saturday, May 31st. You will be able to
sign up for sales invitations beginning April 1st.

OPEN KNITTING will also continue on the first Tuesday of each month, 6 p.m. to
8 p.m. at a location to be announced. We will keep you updated with changes on
our website www.yarngardenstudio.com.

I am excited about these changes and options to enjoy yarn and the people that
enjoy yarn in a more informal and casual setting--I want more than ever for
people to enjoy knitting and crocheting, yarn, and the relaxation and
friendship that can come with this great hobby--

Thanks again for your loyal patronage, and support, and for enjoying this
experience with me and the rest of the Yarn Garden staff!! I look forward to
seeing you soon.
